Support Groups
What are CoTenacious Community/Support Groups?
Our community and support groups are therapy-adjacent spaces that focus on connection, learning, and shared support. They are welcoming, inclusive, and often educational — designed to help you feel less isolated and more empowered.
Are they therapy?
No. Community groups are not therapy and do not create a therapist–client relationship. They are supportive and facilitated by trained clinicians, but they focus on education, mutual support, and personal growth rather than clinical treatment.
