Partnering with us to make your ideas and dreams a reality allows you to focus on the dopamine and let us help you with the financing and administrative work that goes with building a business or rolling out a new service. Pebble McCleary

Community Director

Pebble McCleary, LCPC (they/them) is a queer educator, facilitator, and community activist with both lived and professional expertise in queerness, relationships, and identity. They specialize in topics related to LGBTQ communities, kink/BDSM, nonmonogamy, and trauma. Pebble has taught and presented on LGBTQ topics at the university, state, and national levels, and their work has been featured in articles and podcasts exploring sexuality, gender, and community connection. Pebble prioritizes safety and curiosity in their trainings, creating an environment where it’s okay to ask questions, “get it wrong,” and grow together.

Each year, CoTenacious Collective matches our partners’ donations to an impact partner of their choice—up to 2.5% of our net profits. These impact partners may be nonprofits, grassroots initiatives, advocacy groups, mutual aid efforts, or community organizations doing work that aligns with our shared values and the visions our collaborators care most about.

This initiative isn’t just a financial offering—it’s an extension of our ethos. We see giving as a form of co-creation: investing in the ecosystems, movements, and communities that make our collective work possible.
