You keep what's yours

Unlike traditional incubators or partnerships that require you to hand over ownership, you retain your intellectual property. If you create it, it's yours. If we build something together, we share ownership transparently and ethically. We’re here to help ideas grow—not to claim them.

Key Details

We’re looking for collaborators—not employees. This is a 1099 contractor role, meaning you maintain full autonomy over your schedule, your voice, and your intellectual property. You bring your ideas, expertise, or passion projects—we provide support, funding (when appropriate), infrastructure, and a community to help bring it to life.

Independent contractor (1099) status - You decide how much and when you work and as a team we talk about how much to charge for your services.
Non-clinical: This is not a therapy role; licensed clinicians must clearly separate this work from any clinical practice
Collaborations may include training, facilitation, consulting, writing, community building, or creative offerings
You retain ownership of your content unless we co-develop something together. Your proposal is all yours. We just need to understand what you're interested in to make sure it is something we have the skills and capacity to support you with
Payment is based on project scope: flat rate, revenue share, or custom agreement
